Our Vision
As a Christian counselor in Missouri, my passion is helping individuals experience true freedom and spiritual healing through Jesus Christ. I specialize in deliverance and inner healing counseling, providing a safe, Spirit-led environment where you can confront the roots of emotional, spiritual, and generational wounds. My mission is to walk alongside you as the Lord brings clarity, restoration, and breakthrough in every area of your life.
Whether you are struggling with fear, trauma, rejection, or spiritual oppression, I offer biblical guidance, prayer, and compassionate Christian counseling to help you find healing and peace. I understand that seeking help for emotional or spiritual pain can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to carry your burdens alone.

By integrating biblical truth, prayer, and evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, I help clients find freedom from emotional and spiritual strongholds. My goal is to see lasting transformation as God brings healing to the whole person--spirit, soul, and body.
Our Team
Hello! My name is William Arrington, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri as well as the owner and founder of Sound Mind Christian Counseling, LLC. I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families experience true freedom, spiritual healing, and emotional restoration through faith-based counseling, deliverance, and inner healing.
I take a holistic, Spirit-led approach to counseling, addressing the mind, emotions, and spirit, and I invite the Holy Spirit to guide the healing process. Whether you are struggling with emotional pain, relational challenges, or spiritual oppression, I am here to walk with you toward freedom, restoration, and lasting peace.
I hold a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. I am a National Certified Counselor and a proud member of the National Association of Christian Counselors.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy spending time with my family--my wife of seven years and our two beautiful daughters. I love DIY projects, backyard barbecuing, and I am a certified Advanced Open Water scuba diver.
